EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS

• In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund or exchange by contacting our Customer Care.
• Due to health reasons, we do not offer exchange/refunds on fragrances and cosmetics. Please make your selections carefully.  If you are unsure of your purchase, feel free to contact our customer care for assistance.
• Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for an exchange/refund.
• For sale or discounted orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time might take longer than usual.
• Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon/store credit of same value valid for a defined period of time. Please read your coupon carefully for further details.
• The customer is responsible to ensure that the returned products reach to us safely and in their original condition. Customer will be solely responsible for any damage to products.
• In case of an exchange/refund, customer will be responsible for the cost of pickup and delivery.
• Souk Galleria has the right to refuse the return if the exchange/return criteria is not met.
